Our Fresh East Coast Lobsters are all bought in live and boiled in store to ensure the very freshest Lobsters are sold. If you choose to have the lobster dressed, we will split them down the middle and remove all the parts which need to be removed. We then crack the claws, place on top and wrap the two halves separately.
